A wide, deep pot, this 3-1/2-quart covered Dutch oven is ideal for braising meats on the stovetop, then transferring to oven baking. Lifting the pot when it's full of chili or stew is facilitated by two strongly riveted square handles; a third tops the stainless-steel lid. Clad in gleaming stainless steel, the Dutch oven is constructed with an inner core of aluminum across the bottom and up the sides for even, efficient cooking at low to medium temperatures. Whisks, spoons, and cleaning brushes all glide smoothly along the curved inner contour of the pot, and the lid fits snugly on the flared, easy-pour rim.
