These oven mitts are made of a unique material called FLXaPrene, which is not only heat- and stain-resistant, but is also very flexible and comfortable to use. The mitts protect your hands from both hot and cold temperatures -- from -134°F/-92C to 500°F/260C -- as well as from steam and liquid burns, even when wet. The material prevents stains that cause bacteria buildup on the mitts, and is protected by an anti-microbial shield which stops bacteria growth. The mitts' non-skid, textured surface is engineered to provide a better, safer grip. The mitts have a wide, generous-fit design, and are sized to fit smaller hands.
